- Review potential financial resources for program
- Identify Possible Program Partner(s) / Supporter(s)
- Confirm income ranges for targeted program participants
- Determine dwelling unit cost range for program.
- Project the dollar gap existing between Incomes and Unit Costs.
- Determine range of housing units that can be supported by program.
- Work with City Staff or any other designated advisors to validate program feasibility.
